Declaration of Elimination of Anti-Social Forces
From the perspectives of corporate social responsibility, compliance, and corporate defense, VOOM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") does not have any relationships with antisocial forces such as organized crime groups based on the following basic policy. We will continue to work strictly to maintain our corporate stance.
- Our company defines anti-social forces as "groups or individuals who use violence, force, and fraudulent methods to obstruct the development of a healthy economy and society." Specifically, we aim to eliminate relationships with the following people: I will try my best.
- Our company will respond to anti-social forces as an entire organization, from top management including the representative director.
- Our company will ensure the safety of employees who deal with anti-social forces.
- Our company will work to eliminate anti-social forces in cooperation with external specialized organizations such as the police, the Center for the Elimination of Violence, and lawyers.
- Our company firmly rejects unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces, and will take legal action against such unreasonable demands both civilly and criminally.
- We will make every effort to pay close attention to whether the other party is an anti-social force, and in the unlikely event that we suspect that the other party is an anti-social force, we will take steps to dissolve the relationship. We will take appropriate action.
- Even if unreasonable demands by anti-social forces are due to scandals related to business activities or misconduct by employees, our company will respond fairly and fairly without concealing the facts. We will never engage in backroom transactions.
- Our company will never provide funds to anti-social forces.
